These terms are between you and Luka AI, Inc. Gut Health is the customer-facing product name, and Luka AI, Inc. owns and operates the product, legal terms, and copyright interests unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.

Educational coaching and self-observation only.
Not medical diagnosis, treatment, nutrition therapy, or emergency support.
No supplement, diet, cure, IBS-treatment, weight-loss, or guaranteed symptom-improvement promise.
No invented testimonials, user counts, ratings, expert logos, or clinical outcome claims.

Payment boundary

When billing is configured, Stripe shows the final plan, price, renewal, cancellation, and payment terms before payment. Agents must not run a real-card payment smoke without explicit human approval.

No guaranteed outcome

The product can help structure reflection and practice. It does not guarantee a personal, medical, relationship, sexual, emotional, career, or therapeutic outcome.
